best work out equipment for females

Hi guys, I'm looking to get like an all in one work out machine for my wife to work out at home, because of the kids she can't go to the gym, what machine would you consider the most complete one to lose weight and muscle hardening? thank you.

Oh boy, that is a tough question. First of all, you should give us a budget, and tell us where you live, because we can suggest you a 10 000$ machine, and you may afford to get one for 500 only, or viceversa. Give us more info.

From the topic title: any that works for a man works for a women. You just won't need as much weight or tension.

Then we need to know what her aims and targets are from training and then finally budget. Used equipment is well worth a look.

Most gyms have a child care service.

No piece of exercise equipment that you can buy and put in your home can even closely compare to the quality of a workout you can get in a commercial gym.

The home is also comfortable. You will workout harder when you are in an external environment.

I highly recommend getting a gym membership.

It is a tough question but I think the first piece of equipment to buy for a home gym should be a power rack. That way she could at least do some squats. I would build from there. I just don't think an all in one machine like a bowflex is ever worth the money.
