9AM - 4:30PM(SCHOOL): I REALLY DUNNO WHAT THE HELL TO DO! I DON"T HAVE ANYTIME TO EAT DURING SCHOOL, MY SHIT SCHEDULE DON"T ALLOW THAT. I can only eat things that are allowed to be eaten during class. maybe some steamed dumblings?
5PM: a bowl of rice, meat, and vegetables
6PM - 8 PM: GYM, 1 hour of cardio, 1/2 hour of weight lifting
another bowl of non-sugar cereal or protein shake before bed
12 PM: bed
