Worst diet ever! First, Definately have breakfast, even if you have to get up a little earlier, do it. If you really don't have time in the morning, how about drinking about 16 oz of skim milk. Dairy products are not great for when your trying to lose fat, but it's probably still better than not having any breakfast. Second, I know it's hard to find time to eat when you have class, I've been there. Try bringing a couple of protein shake or protein bars to school with you. Carry em in your bag and have it between classes. I know your only 16 so you may not have the funds to buy expensive shakes or bars, so buy cheap ones. They may taste like shit, but as long as they are low in fat and sugar, they will be better than nothing. Third, lose the soda and snapple, drink water instead. Fourth, like Mustang_18 said forget the fruit late at night. It will be stored as bodyfat. have some chicken, tuna, or a protein shake before bed. Good Luck!
