Whats the best protien shake for post workout.....I usually go to bed 45 minutes after I workout since I workout out kinda of late. I was thinking about MuslceMilk but wanted your guys opinion :artist:
 
depends on what your goals are....

alot of people here use ON whey gold standard....
 
i would also recommend not working out that late...you need simple carbs post workout and then you should eat agin about an hour after your pwo shake....can you do it in the morning?
 
Im cutting down now.....I work and go to school so the evenings is the only time I can lift....in the morning I do my cardio..............so Muslce milk is a no no
 
It really makes no difference at all. As long as your burning more calories than your taking in, eating 6 times a day, not starving yourself, and lifting with heavy weights. Not sure what happened to him, but lifterforlife was another midnight cardio person, myself included. He got down to 4 percent bodyfat and won a bodybuilding show as a result. If it fits into your diet then whatever you chose to use is just fine.
 
cookies and creme Muscle milk. Or whatever your fancy. I usally put in 1 scoup of whey/2 scoops of muscle milk/ Nofat milk/ small amount of ice... Enjoy and its the best and easiest 50g of protien.
 
i personally like 2 cups of milk, 1 cup of oats, fruit (banana/berries) 1 scoup protien powder and 1 whole egg, or 3 egg whites
