Best Meal Replacement Shake

I stay away from Maltodextrin, so my mrps are a scoop of Labrada V-60 (protein powder blend) with half a cup of oatmeal. You can also add milk instead of water. Very easy to make.

It sounds to me like, Its okay to go ahead and go with a trendy mainstream protein powders like : Myoplex, Labrada, Isopure, MesoTech....etc... right?

Hands down MUSCLE-MEALS by Muscle-Link.
Breakdown is as follows:

Serving (1) packet-73 grams
Protein: 40 grams
Carbs: 12 grams
fat: 11 grams (unsat.-the good kind!)
glutamine peptides- 10 grams
CLA: 1.8 grams
Sugars: 2 grams

Taste is excellent (Chocolate is the best!), price is great, 31.00 a box of 20, from www.dpsnutrition.com when I buy 10 or more boxes.

I think that 73 grams of protein is a bit much for one serving the body can only break down so much at one time, as far as MRP's go, if your trying to bulk i would come up with something on your own,get some high quality protein from www.proteinfactory.com+some maltodextrin and some healthy fats and trow them all in the blender, 600-800 calorie shake should do ya well, thats about all your liver can handle at one time,if your trying to lean out the myoplex stuff is rather good but i feel it's a bit pricey just my opinoin though!

oops sorry i fucked up and read the last post wrong, sorry JACKED JOHNSON.SERVING 73 GRAMS oops
