best gear for wrestling?

I believe that saying is "summer wrestlers make winter champions" ie. state champs.
gear will not help you in wrestling. you need to work hard in the practice room, then and only then will you become a better wrestler. If you wrestle better against bigger guys why don't you start eating dunkin donuts every morning noon and night and try and wrestle heavyweight? go for it man !! don't be a pussy!!! I bet you could be a state champion easy!!
 
Man, just take an ECA, rack up massive points in the first period, then stall on and off for the next two... my endurance sucks, thats what kept me winning ;)
 
Unless you are wrestling an odd weight class.. For instance, you weigh 180 and trying to make 192 weight class, and can't make the 172 weight class, then use the gear.. Otherwise, I've never seen anyone try to gain wait for wrestling.

When I was wrestling in HS, the people in the 125 weight class all originally weighted around 140. Basically, everyone was under 10-20lbs their natural weights. Its the only way to survive!

Dumbest thing I ever heard you wrestle guys better that weght more than you !! I have taken shotokan karate for 10 years,shoot fighting and grappling for over 5, and I have been pro wrestling for over 2 and you never feel at an advantage when people weight more than you unless they are fat asses!!

I posted the same question on here. I think that most of these guys know their sh*t, they are big and strong but they are not fighters. I didn't get much help here so i went else where.

I have heard that sprinters like Ben Johnson like winny & Eq. But I haven't tried any of it. I know a lot of fighters are using HGH. Good luck and if you get any good info please share.

BTW check out this web site these guys have train 18 gold medal olypians and a lot of todays top fighters.

6 minutes of hard wrestling? man, when i was wrestling, it was alway no more than 3 minutes and i had them pinned. you need to do more mat work if you're going 6 minutes. then work on gear

do that shit. it will make u strong/aggressibe and give u some nice endurence. wont give u much size but will make u strong like a bull.
