best gear for wrestling?

this has got to be your answer....

andro capsules (just about any brand), Walmart brand Creatine, Wieder Amino Acids (they have to be finely crushed), and a little cayenne pepper.....

open the capsules of andro, mix in 15 grams of creatine, about six amino acid tabs and a couple of teaspoons of red pepper....

SNORT IT....TWICE A DAY....

I am a 3rd Dan in 2 styles of martial arts and highly graded in many others. I run my own academies in the UK. I have competed in Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Karate, Boxing, Sambo, Wrestling, Judo and Vale Tudo as well as taking part in virtually every style of martial/combat art you can think of. Added to that I did 7 years working on some of the toughest doors there are. Don't tell me I don't know about fighting.

That ws the FUCKING Question and the reason you open this tread in the first place right? or maybe you were looking for the same info we are and got a little up set when it wasn't here too. Is that why you needed to snap on me?

Bro you need to start training in order to be a true champion. I wrestled Div 1 in college and for the illinois greco roman team in high school. I wrestled with the pan am team in 1990 at oklahoma state university. I went to tons of camps, tournaments and everything I could do to better myself. I would say start getting alot of mat time in live wrestling. Bro if you are in high school you are to young to consider gear. It could permanently stunt your growth. Also you should be in shape to be able to wrestle 15 or even 20 minutes without being fitiged. If you are in college you will get tested. EVERBODY on my college team got tested before the season. I got tested 5 times while I was in college. If you are considering taking anything only if you are old enough too, winny and anavar might be good choices. They will both make you hard and strong and maybe cut out some unwanted BF. Also they have a short half life and they get out of your system much much much faster then oil based gear. I would get some zambons and drink 50 mg ED for 6 wks. Then do the standard clomid therapy. Also some tylers liver detox might not be a bad idea. You would want to do this before the season cause your joints might get sore as hell especially with wrestling. Bro I hope everything works out for you and best of luck. Just remember not everyone can be a champion just as long as YOU know you gave it all you have nothing to be ashamed of in the end

I wrestled in HS (if I can remeber back then) and our team was state champs - I was winnner of the B level at State. NOTHING will get u in cardio shape but cardio and getting on the mat. Now as far as gear - id recommend anavar - u need the strenght more than the size and ther ewill be no water weight - perhaps tren also.

It is easier to go up in weight sometimes - some of the fastest guys are in the lower weights in my experience so if u can go heigher and drop it to a good class you are comfortable in that should work well.

and about the 6 minute thing, it's just incase, i have to go the full 6 minutes.. and that is the hardest thing to do. at neutral, i'm unstoppable, i have a combo of shots, from single legs to double legs. on top, i just learnt how to use legs, and i'm going to use them as often during the season. this is how my new cycle looks like:
