best diet?

I am allergic to gluten anyways so I do not eat wheat.

I also do not like to eat any junk food.

Considering those circumstances what is the best diet during a cycle? And not on cycle.

(1)Low glycemic
(2)Paleo
(3)Gluten free

All I eat now is a lot of fatty shitty meat(I'm in Afghanistan on a military base) vegetables and some fruit. And two yogurts as part of my breakfast.

I would like to know the absolute ideal diet that I should shoot for. Calorie, fat, and protein counting aren't an option since I really have no idea what they are feeding me.

If you have access to meats then why not run paleo? From my own experience if you have internet you have a good chow hall.

Sounds like your current diet is just fine.

My opinion is paleo is too restrictive. By cutting out a lot of the fruits and veggies you may like or have access to you limit a lot of needed nutrients.

my problem with your question is we know nothing about you. asking what the best diet is, is like asking what the best car is, or bank, or shoe. it depends on what you are doing. would you wear sneakers to a job interview? would you wear dress shoes to a road race?
 
The best diet is the one that works for you. Everyone is different and there is no one size fits all answer. Different people have different requirements, results and sensitivities to certain amounts of carbs, proteins, and fats
