best Colon Clenser?

Ive seen so many claim to be the best...

anyone use multiple products before and have 1 they stick with?

ive NEVER done one before and i can only imagine what is inside me...

i work in a corporate office, so i have access to bathroom all day, just need to buy a REAL product.

Also, do they all require fasting? if so, not going to happen yet...

Hey, I live on the island by the way. Get a good fiber supplement. I use one you can find at health food stores. The one that comes in the big canister and is very cheap. Works great
