best antihistamines?

It's bad weather time is approaching and this California weather (pollen, weed, mold and smoke are killing me! I need to know what OTC antihistamine's some you all use,and which are best while on a cycle? I am using Silfedrine(non-drowsy) don't use Allegra as it makes me want to regurgitate everything !

i dont have that issue so i dont use anything.. im sure some people with allergies will chime in

here is what you need to do bro. listen to this and you will thank me

1. use scent free detergent for your sheets
2. vacuum frequently with a hepa vacuum and dust often with a wet rag
3. houseplants every 100sq ft in your house. peace lilly's and snake plants are the easiest and best ones to have
4. invest in atleast a 9 A/C filter and change it often
5. don't let pets into your entire house. only certain areas
