Hey guys, I was just wondering I'm trying to eat like a like, but.i always feel bloated and my abbs don't look as good I was wonder what's the best routine to get that flat rocking 6-8 pack looking happening.
Id stay away from the low reps with abs.I've done the low rep high weight (12-15 reps)and it made my abs really stick out but they were big and thick. Not really aesthetic. Id personally stick with dieting down and using higher reps it looks better
