Hey guys, I was just wondering I'm trying to eat like a like, but.i always feel bloated and my abbs don't look as good I was wonder what's the best routine to get that flat rocking 6-8 pack looking happening.

Any advice?
 
Train them hard and heavy to build them diet and do cardio to burn the fat covering them...
 
Thanks man I'll do, I was but Suss cause I herd you shouldn't do weighted abb excercises but I'll give it a go

I was doing leg raises - crunches - roman twist

I also herd sucking in your stomach so your belly button is as close to your spine as you can and hold it , gives you a flat stomach any truth?
 
Abdominal isometrics will not flatten your stomach.

Your abs respond to heavy weight like any other muscle, so I'd start working in some lower rep ranges.
 
Id stay away from the low reps with abs.I've done the low rep high weight (12-15 reps)and it made my abs really stick out but they were big and thick. Not really aesthetic. Id personally stick with dieting down and using higher reps it looks better

Ok man I'll try that high reps with weight. Something like 20 - 30 or just as many as I can do 2-3 time.

Oh and are they the best excercises to build all round good looking abbs? Or should I add something else
 
Cut some of the shit carbohydrates out of your diet (SUGAR). Give it 4-6 weeks with core training and you will notice a big change.

12-15 reps isnt low reps... if you can get it for those many then it isnt heavy either...
 
You can never achieve a higher number "pack" of abs. You are born with a set number of these whether it be 4 or 12, you can't attain more of them.

Just a FYI, not intending to sound like a know it all. I learned this from a friend studying anatomy.

I think he's asking how to increase how good they look. Not increase the number of literal an muscles :)
