yo guys... i am wondering the benefits of HIIT when you lift... I am contemplating adding HIIT to my program in a few months (or now) if i decide i want to pursue competitive sports in college, and i know it is always what is recommended. How would HIIT help an athlete while also benefitting liting and numbers?
Also, would it be okay to do it after i lift? My school has a really nice track so i was thinking about lifting at school and then going down to the track afterwards to do some HIIT.
