I'm serious - if you want some respect in your gym, all the real dudes do this - you gotta bench with your knees by your ears.
if you put your shins on the outside of the bar, that works your lower pecs, if you put your shins on the closer side - that's more like incline - and then if you straddle the bar - it really nails the center of your chest.
great if you want that full chest development.
