depends on you.some like aome don't,it IS very dangerous,but it's just like some poeple use a reverse grip most if the time on flat bench......stick with regular grip
Def regular grip, if you do a thumbs under grip, your wrists are in the bent position and puts huge stress on the joints....i learnt that froma powerlifting coach!
i feel like i can lift more with a false grip (or thumbs on the same side of the bar as my other fingers), i know it is more dangerous but i still do it..
