at this point, I want strength. But I just came off of the program, should I do another one right away? if so, what kind do you suggest?
 
This program has been around for years. I remember reading the article of of muscle media in 1994. When I was a junior in high school, I gave it a try and ended up increasing my max by 25lbs.

you could always try an 8week periodization PL bench program. they're easy to follow, you don't need to carry around a chart in shit:(

4weeks hypertrophy
4weeks strength

then there's always WESTSIDE (very complicated).
