ok..One can bench without pausing and with pausing.Is it better to pause for a second and feel the stretch or just touch and go.Which is better for growth ? So ppl say "A bench is not a bench unless u pause blah blah" Others say "Keep continuous tension..touch and go and shit".I personally prefer to pause cus I can feel the difference.What do u guys say ? I am not looking for the "technically" correct form.I just wanna know what is best for growth.Thanks bros!
