Well I can't train ever workout with flap(Bob) I went down there with him and I went on a Spead bench day, but only 2 people were lifting that's cool though but I really didn't pay much attention to there form (I SHOULD HAVE THOUGH). The thing is I'm not sure what's the proper form I don't completely understand elbows tucked up does that mean when you come down your elbows and tris are close to body. He meant that I could have gotten some help from my pecs, shoulders, lats, delts, but did it ALL TRI's. I believe I could have done more weight than that 245 I was sooo pumped I was shooting for 260 and he said "stay at this and mainly don't worry about weight worry about your bench form". He showed me what should be proper form then I tried it with only 205 and struggled the way he said either I was already tired since I rested and should have done it right after that, but whatever I tried his way. The thing is I wanna compete for my high school ( i have ALOT of school pride) but I dont wanna get screwed out of a weight I can do and not be able to do it. Sorry but his weigh of maxing us out works for me, where he sends us out of the room puts somethin on the bar then you come in without seeing the weight bench it if u feel u got it easy say more weight go out and do it again until it's one u struggle at. His form iis in the middle area of the chest where your nipples are. About the coaching job he might be leaving next year and we won't have a PL coach. Right now I dont know if he wants an assitant, I can find out for ya. What part of FL are u in.
