Cereal? Do you guys have any idea how eating carbs like that before bedtime is going to affect your midsection? You don't want to cause an insulin spike before bed.
Hehehe...yeah, but for now while I am still SUPER active in sports where we practice 4 times a week and I lift 3 times a week...well it's so hard to keep the weight on that my midsection isn't in any danger at this time. Even at 32 years old, Frosted Flakes is still the shizz
