wellbilt said:
yes
i alway eat something before bed
on rest days it may be something alil less calorie dense
like 2tb of pb or almonds, or nuts, and some cottage cheese....

or 6oz flank, few egg whites.....esp on a morning cardio day?

I like to have a few bowls of cereal, cottage cheese, some eggs and then wait about 30minutes and down a 60 gram shake with some olive oil in it.

Cottage cheese with nuts and 40g of beef jerky :coffee:

Cereal? Do you guys have any idea how eating carbs like that before bedtime is going to affect your midsection? You don't want to cause an insulin spike before bed.

Hehehe...yeah, but for now while I am still SUPER active in sports where we practice 4 times a week and I lift 3 times a week...well it's so hard to keep the weight on that my midsection isn't in any danger at this time. Even at 32 years old, Frosted Flakes is still the shizz :p
