If I absolutely have to have something that late then it will be either a shake or something that is high in PT and low in junk. Eggs are good and quick, so many different ways to fix them.
I have some two inch round bowls that I will break one egg in each bowl, for 2 eggs I will put it in the microwave for 30 seconds then add a little black pepper and that is a great meal!
10oz chicken on a salad with some olive oil and vinegar, OR 8 oz steak with eggs and some broccolli, or 1 cup cottage cheese with 20 grams whey and 2 tbsp ANPB mixed in! Either way I try to get about 60 grams of protein with 15-20 g fat.
