bis: 16" (sucks, these were 17" about a month ago... fucking site injections I guess - also this new workout doesn't seem to work my tris enough, they are def way smaller... )

quads:left 23 1/4", right 23" (yeah yeah, pussy quads - I'm getting back into it - this is where I'll see the biggest gains since these were much larger before my ex decided that I was too big)
waist: 32"
chest: 44 1/2"
I'm totally clean now for a month, and will stay clean for another month.
toying with my diet on fitday right now - might make that public and toss a link in here at some point.
My goal while on the "Booty For Life" program from Cornholio is to continue to pack as much muscle as I can on this tiny lil frame of mine and have glutes reminiscent of bowling balls.
