i was wondering what kind of caloric intake you need to really optimize beastdrol. and what daily percentage of proteins/fats/carbs is ideal?

Its really up to you... and it varies from person to person in all honestly. Some people believe superdrol and its clones require higher levels of carbs since there *can* be a drop in blood sugar due to its pharmacological effects. I'd say unless you are on a keto diet right now, don't overdo it. Keep an eye on calories at a macro level, keep your protein high and healthy fats in there and listen to what your body tells you.

well i was just curious just from reading ppls posts. i think it was needto who said beast is very calorie driven. and im not on a ketoid diet but i only take about 2000-2200 cals in a day. i have a few bottles of hella im pretty small and i like to stay lean for combat purposes, but i hear so much hype about the crazy strength from beast i really really really want to try it. im not against getting bigger i just like to stay as small as possible. but i didnt know if i needed to be putting down like 3500 or 4000 cals to really benefit from beast or really how to optimize it. im a seasoned var user and done one hella before but im not to upto par on my beast knowledge as i never really considered taking it. i know now the leans are gain.. i always thought it was a monster bulker so i just never payed attention to it.

Of course more calories will lead to more weight put on.... everything is make or break depending on macros.

im no expert but i would say a 40/40/20 would do you quite well. maybe up protein and carbs a little bit. and make sure you get some good clean carbs in after workouts along with your protien. as this would be an optimul time to increase carb intake with out weight gain. 3000 cals would be enough to feed the beast while not becoming a beast, although i hear beast gets you ripped as hell.

theres not really a finite number its a matter of how much your body needs while on beast which could be different then the amount i needed, when i ran beast i ate all clean foods that werent glued down and i still probably should have eaten more

make sure to have good support supps lined up for a beast cycle needtoguard and hcgenerate especially the beast is probably one of the harsher ph's out there but it is the best ph ive ever run

yeah, i got a few bottles of hella and katana i think ill stick with. but i dont know. theres just too much awesomeness surrounding beast. its literally like a bottle of awesome-sauce. i am very fortunate that i work in camp in fort mcmurray alberta so all my food is free prepared for me and they have to have healthy choices so my diet is good, and i can eat unlimited food for free. im just at a crossroads in life where i dont know if i want to get in dht related roids/ph's cuz as much good as they will do for my body they will do bad for my hairline.

you think its worth the baldness? like im gonna go bald anyways.. but im only 25. and i have the face of an angel. it just needs hair to be complete. chrome dome doesnt bring out the blue in my eyes like wavy blonde hair! but i mean its only a matter of time. i am really thinking of looking into hair transplant surgery then it doesnt matter what i do it should grow forever. ive just always thought that people with lots of hair were cooler. like spicoli and idk motley crue or something

Started my first-ever run of Beastdrol this weekend, and of course Need 2 Guard is A MUST while on cycle. I'll be ordering more in a couple weeks to keep my Need 2 Guard stockpile fully loaded.

As far as calories, I just eat 7 meals a day @ 50-60g protein every meal without fail, and cut back to near zero carbs for the final 2 meals. For fat I like to take Omegas, and get in a lot of whole eggs! :)
