just started doing these.. was wondering what the correct bar position? had them on my lower traps and it was hard stabilizing the bar. Should they go on the rear delts?
If I'm doing a good morning off the pins aka bottom-position gms, I find it easier to have the bar on my low traps.For all other gm variations, I place it on the rear delts.
mid-lower traps with arms out wide and elbows pretty low...dont use the pad on the bar if you were, those can hurt stabilzation when your not going heavy.
The lower you can sit the bar, the lower your center of gravity, which means you can lift more weight and can more easily use good form as you wont tip over as much during the rep
