I do back and biceps on the same day and I do something like this
Pullups 5x5
Barbell Bis Curls 2x8
V-bar pulldowns 2x8
Incline DB Curls 2x8
Some type of rows 2x8
Then I head home... workout takes like 40 min and I'm sore for days after. I've had good results in the couple months I've been using it. I do deadlifts once a week as well, but on a seperate day because they tire me out.
