My latest routine:
Deadlifts from the rack (just below the knee) 3 sets (10,8,5)
Chins 2 sets to failure (2 negatives on last set)
BB Rows 3 sets (6,8,8) actually tried em in the smith this week and seemed to work ok but you have to be strict to protect your back!
Bent laterals 2 sets (10,10)
This is a killer workout and works great for me!
