Get an MRI done. I amspeaking from experience. I was actually younger than you and the treatment was always nsaids and some streching. I also had a 6 month old and could not pick him up.
After 8 years of this BS treatment, I couldnt walk 100 yards without my legs falling asleep and I would fall over no matter where I was.
So I finally paid for my own MRI and I was in surgery 3 days later. Fused L4-L5-S1. Took forever to recover from the surgery, but I will never regret that day.
It changed my life. I can do just about everything as before, with the exception of barbell squats. I am not sure if I want to risk that. I just use DB held at my sides.
Surgery is not for everyone, but it is an option if all else has been exhausted.
To maybe try and avoid surgery, buy a sleep number bed. I would sleep on the floor or put a piece of plywood under my side of the bed to get it hard enough. The sleep number bed you can find the best support everytime you go to bed.
