By the end of the week my back just aches in the middle and I can't figure out what I am doing to it. I don't know if I am straining it or it is tight or I am over working it? Anybody else have the same problem? Does anyone have any suggestions?
i get that occasionally, i think its from overtraining.
How long do you have this pain?? i only have mine for 1 day, my partner has it for like 3 days, not good
