I am 22 and about 200lbs. I injured my back about a year ago and have stopped training for about a year in hopes that it would get better. I can feel a buldge on my spine inbetween my shoulder blades. I am planning on seeing a chiropractor to see if he can put it back in shape. Does anyone know how long it will take before I can train again? Or any suggestions on what I can or should do to alleviate the problem?
