Back day change-up. Sore as hell today.

So I said screw it last night. Just spend 45 min doing sets of pull ups. No seated pull downs, no rows no nothing.
Just set after set of bodyweight pull ups. Used a bench to self spot once I couldnt go anymore.
Every set I alternated wide grip then neutral then chin up. Dont even remember how many sets I did.
Holy shit I am sore as fuck today!

Closegrip cable rows
Close grip pulldowns
 
I like mine nice and slow with no lock outs, holy crap my abs hurt when i sneeze!

Nice ! there is no better way to muder you lats than doing this.

when i was doing GVT i used to do 10 sets of pull-ups and 2 x 20 DB rows as a finisher.

DOMS never felt so good.

wide grip now fucks my shoulder up tho...you know the story btc.
