So I said screw it last night. Just spend 45 min doing sets of pull ups. No seated pull downs, no rows no nothing.
Just set after set of bodyweight pull ups. Used a bench to self spot once I couldnt go anymore.
Every set I alternated wide grip then neutral then chin up. Dont even remember how many sets I did.
