Well, felt like crap and I felt antsy and tired all at the same time. Thought that I'd see what happened if I put icy hot over my joints, threw on lots of clothes...and did some gym work tonight.

Took a brisk walk up and down the driveway a few times…about 1,000 feet. Still trying to get the oxygen back into my lungs. The 50-degree weather is wonderful if you are having a hard time catching your breath
