It was a back and trap day again:) went up in weight just like plan with no real hitches at all:cool:

Lat Pulldowns palms inward close grip. 140x12, 180x10, 220x8, 220x8 no real problems but had to lock in legs so I wouldn't fly up, reall good posture hardly even moved actually. up 10lbs

Barbell bent over rows 165 x 12, 215 x 8, 215 x 8. Felt great on these could have ripped out 4 more on each easily but still holding on to my plan of not hitting failure. up 10lbs

Power cleans, shit these were tough on my cardiovascular and CNS but I still did them:rolleyes: . 170x7, 170x7,170x7 only 1minute breaks, wasn't so bad this week. up 5lbs

Deadlift* 225x6, 225x6, did these just for speed, the weight was real light and I felt a nice pump in my lower back.

Shrugs with 120lbs dumbells. 3 sets, 15,20,20 up 20lbs

Then to beat on myself extra I did my 60m sprints did 7-8 not really sure cause I lost count around 4-5 since i was about to hurl. I did three more and layed down on the mats for a while:bawling: . I do have to say they are getting easier though. all in all not a bad workout 57 minutes:wavey:
 
nice workout man. i need to get into cleans but i dont have anyone to teach me the right form.
