I'm tired of your skinny ass always posting on the boards about how great you are and how strong you are. You are so arrogant and clearly very selfish as you are one of the least helpful individuals on the boards.


Actually, I've always been impressed by your acheivements, as well as your humility, and good nature, but I have yet to commend you. I'm sure the words of a stranger mean less than shit, but I wanted to say them anyway.

The thing that finally made me realize what you have managed to accomplish was your recent before/after pics. I actually said "holy fuck!" out loud. The only before pics I've seen of you are clothed, and I don't remember seeing the midway pics. As a natural athlete, what you have acheived is phenomenal.

In the 20 years I've studied MA's I've met many inspirational people who gained my respect through a combination of acheivement and virtue, and I always found it important to tell them this. I don't kiss asses too often, unless it is overwhelmingly deserved, and although there are many good people on this board, you definately deserve it. Even though I've never met you, you are a great asset to the board as well as to anyone lucky enough to train with you. You are one truly motivational iron brother and a good man. Be proud
