I've red all about mark rippletoe I'm pretty damn sure he doesn't have anything groundbreaking to teach. I mean if your lifting and not injuring yourself too bad then it's good enough. I haven't discovered anything bad about bouncing at the bottom of a squat. Knees are ok so far. Maybe you should try it. Saying it doesn't work for me doesn't mean anything?..eff you then. pal. I learn how I learn and until my knees give out from under me i'm probably gonna keep doing it my way.
