i had a redneck ask a friend if i had teh geigh cause i refused the watered down piss beer they were drinking and wasnt interested in talkin about the yankees.. it was amusing, all the girls at that party/whatever were on my side of the room.

im intellectual and have style, im conscious of how i look/dress, smell good (not like cologne) and im well groomed. people who mistake that for geigh are probably slobs or closet mo's.

Yeah, in the end he was just a picky guy who was waiting for the right one. I was just joking with a shoot from the hip kind of comment from the cynical perspective of a bunch of single frustrated women who can't find a good man- like a scene in Sex in the City. It wasn't meant to say he absolutely was. Just that the odds of a man of his profile still being single MUST mean something is up- like being gay.

It was a knee jerk comment- that's all. Not something I labored over. Still, she can't find ANY humour in it at all.

Yeah, she's head over heels and very protective of him which I get. Still, this is the same woman I had to reign in for making crude jokes and using cuss words around my kids so she's being hypocritical right now for my inappropriateness when she's constantly INappropriate when it pleases her to be. I just think we're even now, but blind in love means blind to a lot of other things too.

I think you've approached it from the wrong angle. Men that I think of that are "metrosexual" (which I prefer over non-metrosexual) are very handsome, charismatic, good with the ladies. Metrosexual and gay are not synonyms.

If you had said - do you think he's gay because he doesn't want to have sex but he's X and X and Y? - that might've made a little more sense. Picking on a fashionable (and passionate?) sexy man that isn't here to defend himself...
