Not at all. Once a week is fine, it's when you start doing inj. ED or EOD when it matters. MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS ASPIRATE!! I take that back, you will build up some scar tissue but like I said, once a week is fine.tommboy said:Are there any long term effects to injecting in each cheek of my glute once a week? (one shot on each cheek once a week). Such as not being able to inject there eventually, tissue damage, muscle damage or anything of the like?
lol. no long term affects besides scar tissue buildup. no need to worry, as far as i know frequent IM injections havent been linked to any form of cancer.... YETglover said:Yes, you will get big and strong!
no. all that scar tissue will do is make injections less painfultommboy said:Is scar tissue going to matter later in life? Am I going to get so much at one point I wont be able to inject?

They thought it was hilarious, they could have been joking, but the demonstration also had me in stitches![]()
I can't answer your question, but you can always throw those quads into the mix. Easiest place to inject IMO.tommboy said:Would scar tissue build up with only injecting in each glute once a week? Or is that a good enough time lapse (7 days) for there to be little to no scar tissue buildup?
swelling of the muscles. But only combined with good eating and training.tommboy said:Are there any long term effects to injecting in each cheek of my glute once a week?
