I dunno. I had a S2 for a bit, but took it back. I'm just not feeling the Android experience (especially in the battery department).
Personally, I can see why Apple would sue (because of the infringement of the patents) and I can see why Samsung would rage (the patent is vaguely worded). It reminds me that a patent overall is definitely required.
It's true the battery won't last the whole day if you are using it constantly. But based on the experience I had when I was renting one in S. Korea, it would rarely be an issue with my usage pattern. It recharges very quickly...not worried about it.
