hey anybody out there got any advice on appetite supressants which one really work that arent amphetimine or will not make me piss dirty for drug testing im trying to loss weight im running and have stopped training with weights for now just until i loss the weight :theshadow
 
sorry I dont know of ne supps im sure someone will chime in, but I can tell ya that drinking water or juice when I get a hunger craving often helps me alot when Im tryin to drop calls, often the body confuses the signal for hunger with the signal for thirst, so maybe that might help ya along the way... good luck..

adipex will really curb appetite.
 
Ive said this before but use the ECA stack which is cheap. Psuedophedrine+caffiene + asprin (though asprin is there to extend the potency of the stack).

I'll 2nd that recommendation on appetite supression.

However, if you're trying to lose fat it was a bad move to stop the weight training. The more muscle you have the more calories you will burn so it's easier to reduce your body fat.

Also, a resistance training workout increases your metabolism longer than an endurance workout. So when you lift weights for an hour, you may burn the same number of calories as a run, but during the rest of the day you will burn far more calories after the weight workout.

If you're just trying to lower your weight, then sticking with running while lowering your calorie intake will work but you will lose a lot of muscle in the process.

Fiber supplements work too

there's a good eca stack called Lipodrene that works really well, so does Thermorexin.
 
thx for all the advice i was thinking of trying phen but i hear it gives false possitive for amphedimines i have random drug testing so i cant risk that, one of the reason i stopped weight training is that i get twice as hungry i am currently using hoodia and drinking fiber sups 3x a day i think i'll try an ECA i check out the lipodrene ironthx for the heads up on it
