I'm not sure if it's something else, because I get that sugar craving mid-afternoon as well... Maybe we can link it to being a woman, or estrogen, or occupation? I do try to go w/an apple or sugar free jell-o, or even pop in a piece of gum.
I'm usually not very hungry 1st thing in the am, and but I am after work-out and usually late afternoon-evening-dinner time. My largest meal is hard to judge, but say it's dinner - depending on who's cooking!
