Appetite & Meals

I usually get a big appetite after my morning runs/workouts. I think my biggest meal is dinner, and i usually get a sugar craving then, too (or mid-day; 330 meal.)
 
I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one that get the evil midday snack attack. I do well at stearing to healthy eating nowadays but I still get the bad cravings for something sweet around 2 - 3 in the afternoons. Maybe just habit my body is used to having something sweet around that time b/c I did it for so long or is it something else? Inquiring minds want to know! LOL
 
I'm not sure if it's something else, because I get that sugar craving mid-afternoon as well... Maybe we can link it to being a woman, or estrogen, or occupation? I do try to go w/an apple or sugar free jell-o, or even pop in a piece of gum.

I'm usually not very hungry 1st thing in the am, and but I am after work-out and usually late afternoon-evening-dinner time. My largest meal is hard to judge, but say it's dinner - depending on who's cooking! :)

I would say it's the woman thing. LOL I do alot of sugar free gum too!!!
