When during the day are you most hungry and what is your biggest meal of the day?


I seem to get hungriest around 2 or 3 in the afternoon M3. NOt really sure if it's my biggest meal though.
 
Biggest meal is in the morning...After that small meals all day long as long as i am hungry...Thought id share that cuz i like yea ;)

I've heard that it's best to have your largest meal of the day as m1 or breakfast. I am not by nature a breakfast person so it's really hard for me to eat in the mornings. But I'm doing better I use to drink my breakfast making my own protein shakes and smoothies,they were easier on my tummy.

Well hun i do it cuz i get hunger pains in the Am...2 cups of oatmeal share some with the dog and 6 egg whites dog gets the yokes she loves them.But if your going to do a big meal do it at noon time so you can burn it off the rest of the day..Then little meal though the rest of the day..and dont eat after 6 or 7 thats how people get fat eating before bed..so i hear and seen...I am not a deit guy myself i eat what ever i want i am to active to store fat so i guess i lucky...Also i learned if you drink alot of protein drinks threw the day and keep your meals high in protein it seems to really shed body fat after a few week and green tea...

well anyhoo, I am sometimes really hungry 1 st thing in the am, and usually late afternoon-evening.
My largest meal is hard to judge, i think my lunch and supper are pretty similar in size and calories. I guess maybe lunch.

I do, do a larger meal somewhat early in the day. I eat tons of veggies but mainly the good stuff green veggies. Protein with each meal but I still just can seem to get alot of food in on M1. Maybe one day but right now it's baby steps. LOL

I try & keep my "larger" sized meals early in the day so I have more time to burn them off....

However, it doesn't really matter if you eat after 6/7pm or not provided you are not indulging in high calorie food items like chips or ice cream. It's the total calories consumed over the day that matter more....

That's with me my what meal would be I guess my lunch M3 is usually larger as in veggies and such.

I'm just curious to see how everyone else runs. LOL :)
 
My "bigger" meals are the ones that are supplemented w/ carbs or fats - otherwise everythign is 35 g protein + 1-2 cup veggies. Depending on how far into the established diet I am, I usually am fine until 2.5 hr since my last meal, and then all gastric hell breaks loose.
