I use sugar free Jello or coffee or green tea to suppress my appetite. If it gets really bad then i have 4 cooked eggwhites and add some carb free maple syrop on them. Or I drink lots of water - (the problem with that is you have to pee a lot )
I also use multi- vitamins and chromium which seem to help my cravings!
I am not sure if my methos is right!! Any comments are helpful.
