Anyone know of a good personal trainer in the Milwaukee area?

I'm a 41 year old male who recently moved to Milwaukee Wisconsin, and I'm looking for a personal trainer. Any recomendations? I want to focus heavily on weightlifting. Thanks.

Honestly, you're probably better off doing a little research and learning some things on your own, as it's hard to find a good trainer unless you have a lot of money to spend. However, if you're dead set on getting one, you can probably just go to some gyms in the area and ask around. I'm sure you'll turn up plenty.

I live in Milwaukee, and I have great personal trainer named Lynn Moritz. I don't know if she's taking new clients, but if you want to contact me, I can give you her info. No offense to any ladies reading this, but at first, I had my doubts about using a female trainer. I assumed they would give me wussy workouts. Lynn works out at my gym, and I watched her training this guy over the course of several months--I couldn't believe the changes I saw in him, so I decided to give her a try. She is also fine as hell!

Man, the personal trainers I know are terrible. I know 10 times more than those guys about diet and training techniques.

I see em teachin skinny guys who want to put on size how to work small muscle groups, hardly anyone deadlifts in my gym

Horrible at my gym to. A PT cert doesnt mean shit IMO. First thing i saw them doing was showing someone how to do squats on a smith, i was immediately laughing.
