anyone know the bench press record for the 198 class in the apa federation?

When I was 15 (a few days ago) I was benching 220lbs (40kilos each side). WTF? What does 198 mean? 198lbs division? Im 180 and couldve broken that 13-15 division.
Please explain? Im prolly wrong, but still im curious.

It means in the 198 lb. weight class the record is 551lbs. Is that what you are asking?
