anyone here using these new vibram shoes?

I have the same concerns, I would spend a $100 if it was form fitted to my foot. My foot is wide so my she ranges from 11's to 12's sometimes depending on the cut of the shoe. I have been reading now for a couple years that shoes are ruining peoples shit.

bino, does your dude run in them or just walk in them to strengthen his ankle and feet and save the nike's for the running...???



ps. thank you both for actually contributing something useful and helpful. I want to talk to as many people as possible about these things before I spend 80-90 dollars on them.

his theory is that they force you into striking with your feet balls as opposed to the heel.
and briefly reading ponyfitness' replies, apparently that's not always true...anyway my bro is a boston marathon'er so i'll proly follow his lead and give them a try.
i only run pavement and like i said, i dig my wrestling shoes so i'm sure i'll dig the toe thingies
