I'll tell you this man...you gotta have big balls if you're gonna do this workout. I've gotten much better results and faster on this program than any other one I've tried.
Yeah you gotta be VERY disciplined. I don't concern myself too much with the diet anymore. I don't really need to worry about putting on fat. My metabolism is still pretty damn high. I just make sure I get a lot of protein of course, and supplement with creatine/glutamine post workout. Aside from that I just drink a TON of water and make sure I get good rest.
The workout is 4 days a week. Days 1 and 2 are workouts like you would normally be accustomed to. They are called Volume Training/Base Training days. They consist of high rep for upper body on day 1 12-15 reps'...and low rep 8-6-5-4-3 for lower body.
Day 2 is reversed...
Day 3 is rest day
Day 4 is muscle rounds for Chest and Legs...these will give you a gut check. These are fucking hard.
Day 5 mucle rounds for Bi's Tri's Back and Shoulders.
Day 6 rest
Day 7 rest
Start over.
