Basically it is a circuit of deadlifts, bb rows, hang cleans, front squats, sldl, back squats and push ups. I did 6 reps of each with 60 kgs for 5 sets with 90 seconds of rest. This was a great workout I was drenched in sweat in 15 minutes. Its not the typical weightlifting/bodybuilding routine but I figured it could replace a cardio day.
