Training routines are very individual, but that doesn't mean that you can't be creative about putting one together!
So, that said... if I was in your shoes what would I do?
I would learn about major muscle groups in the human body and then find excercises to strengthen those regions. Also, perhaps go to a gym that has machines and freeweights and get a feel for the equipement. For weight loss... you need to focus very heavily on diet, and cardio. The two go hand in hand. Keep a journal of what you are doing for a month... keeping track of what excercises you are doing and how many sets...(strength, aerobic fitness).
You are very fortunate to be interested in Fitness and Bodybuilding this early in life... we all are always learning and improving, so never be afraid to ask for help or advice.
Elite is a wonderful source of information for many different topics... try to use it to enhance your knowledge.
