It was super easy/simple but I cant remember the recipe.

your analogy is pretty silly considering bodybuilders, weightlifters, and people interested in fitness in general need to have at the very least some knowledge of food preparation.a salsa recipe would not be that odd a question to ask a fitness board considering it IS a tasty and healthy topping for otherwise bland food.

a chef on the other hand, or people on a cooking site, would not need to have ANY knowledge of steroids.
