Okay bro, I had it done in about April of last year. I thank god everday that I had it done it was one of best decisions I have ever made. No more sore puffy nips. The lumps behind my nips are gone.

The procedure was an in and out deal with no stay. I was at the hospital for a total of about five hours. The doc took my nips off and removed the tissue and some gland that was behind them. Of course I was out for the whole thing. I was allowed to start working out again in about 10 days. I could not bench for about 2 months. I had a lot of swelling after the surgery. I had friggin C cups for about 10 weeks,,, lol. My girlfriend thought it was funny. I would not jump back on a cycle right away. I waited about 4 months or so afterwards before I started again. I figured there was no sense in it until I could train 100%.

If you have lumps, soreness all the time, draining from the nips. I would get it done in a heartbeat. I was not sure at first becuase of the swelling, but now that it is all gone. I would 100% do it again. Best $$ I have ever spent towards looking and feeling better.

Good Luck!!!!

Did you go to a cosmetic surgeon? How much was the procedure? And how bad was your gyno?

a general surgeon can perform the surgery (much cheaper than plastics and your insurance may cover it), you just go in right under the nipple (a curvlinear incision right on the boarder of the areolar) so its hardly visible. PM me where u live if your close I may be able to tell u of some good surgeons. Anyhow small procedure, take care.

No, but I saw on some website, some crazy guy that performed surgery on himself. And he isn't a surgeon, just some dude that cut his nipples off, cut out the gyno, and sewed the nipple back on.

Ok, that is really NOT encouraging. I hadn't heard the swelling was that bad. WTF?? How did you go to work??? I wouldn't show my face if I had "C cups". Gbus! :eek2::eek2:

Yes.

Lie down on your back and feel for lumps. If you have no hard tissue under/around your nips then you don't have gyno.

ok

nothing under the nips, but there is shit around them. direclty underneath the nips all the way out to where the aerola ends is nothing. so i just need to lose weight right?
