Whenever I've dieted in the past it's always been with a low-carb and/or keto-type diet. I know they work, but I never really felt that good on them--neither in the gym or during the day.
I thought this was just a part of being in a calorie deficit until recently switching to a 40/30/30 P/C/F split. Wow, what a difference. Even with less calories I feel like I'm eating so much more and it really doesn't even feel like I'm dieting.
Just wondering if anyone here has had a similar experience.
