Anyone else gettin sick of eating eggs?

No,..really?!?! Sat down this morning to my 5 egg white omlet with 1 whole egg and felt like I was force feeding myself!! I know they're great for me and all and they have been a staple in my diet now every morning for two years.

Think I'm gettin sick of the egg thing though and need to maybe change if there's another good alternative with generally the same pricing.

Any ideas or alternatives for a change? Maybe if even for off days or somthing.
 
Try a powdered egg shake instead? I really like Vitamin Shoppe's own Healthy 'N Fit chocolate egg protein powder; it actually tastes good in water.

There is tuna and chicken but you get sick of them much quicker than eggs

If you want to eat eggs but hate them and are on a diet that allows juice....... try this.

Get a carton (grocery people in Canada has it it is 2L of egg whites, kinda watery but still it's what I use) of egg whites or whole eggs or whatever you like and mix them with pinapple juice so that the bromeline in the juice will help you digest the eggs. It actually just tastes like the juice.

And contrary to popular beleif, if you just drink the eggs by themselves they will not digest properly and you won't get the same benefit from the protein without taking the bromeline.

If you still don't like it try adding some frozen strawberries, it really eliminates the egg taste and makes it taste like a fruit shake :)
 
just be lucky you dont live in college where you have to buy egg whites and microwave them. they taste like shit.i love going home so i can make an omlet.
 
i add cheese and somtimes ham or turkey bacon (1 slice) to add flavor to my 9 eggs..
 
Try boiling them and eat them salt. Lots of sodium but it will break the boredom. Also, try adding other things. Salsa, tabasco sauce, ketchup- whatever your diet allows. Or you can just make a protein pancake.

6-8 egg whites, 1/2-1cup oatmeal, 1/4 ff cottage cheese, 2-4 packets of sweetner, 1tbsp vanilla extract, cinnamon. Blend it and fry it in a pan with Spam or something. You can also top it off with some natty PB and/or drink it with milk if you are bulking.

Thanks Swole,..I'll give it a try,..they make it Vanilla too I assume!!

Evrything!!! Elk & Deer mostly but every once in awhile some chicken.

Just feel like I've eaten so many eggs the neigbors rooster is beginning to think I'm looking mountable!! :rolleyes:
