Any of you into Sashimi (raw fish)? I think my favorite food right now has to be Sake Sashimi. (raw salmon) There is an all you can eat place nearby and I usually consume about 40 pieces of it along with some raw white & red tuna and then throw in some snapper as well. hehehe.. (each piece is perhaps 3/4 ounce I'd guess) I never really calculated the total protien intake here because I eventually lose track of how many pieces I have eaten after about 40 minutes, but it's got to be way up there... :chomp:

I love to eat raw fish. Salmon eggs are my favorite by far, but I like all the normal stuff. Sea-Urchin did not agree with my tastes.

i love tuna..had fatty tuna once loved it but its kinda expensive..damn market price..but sushi is good..as long as its good and fresh..

man I love sushi, unfortunately nobody I know likes it also so I am like odd man out. There are a few restaurants in my town but they are kinda on the expensive side so I opt for the packages they have at Kroger. Makes for a great post workout meal.

My favorite is the salmon, but I'll eat it all. :p

Finding a good sushi restaurant in the Seattle area is easy. The local tribal casino has a sushi bar that (IMO) is the best for the money. Plus it's close and if I'm having a good night I can win back the cost of dinner and drinks. :)

I love salmon sashimi its my personaly favortite...it used to the tuna sometimes ill get yellowtail or striped bass....i think if yo calculate all the protein its a shitload....I always get a roll or two and like 7 pieces of salmon....and always have serious gas and a nasty shit in the morning....wow i actually think about that when i see hot chicks eating sushi...ya they sure are gonna tear it up in the morning haha

Out here in Hong Kong, we get prepacked Norwegian salmon sashimi for about $5-6 a pack. Great way to get some quality protein, and Norwegian salmon is beautiful.

Yellow tuna melts in your mouth!!! I love it!! Supermarket nearby also makes maki rolls with brown rice.....not as good as white rice but I still tear up some spicy tuna rolls.

sushi sushi sushi....and sashimi...actually going to have both today after my leg workout.....cant wait!!!

I can't eat anything that is raw....but I know for a fact that Sushi is excellent for your body.

One of the Beni's of livin' in Japan. It is cheap here also, HUGE pieces.

FUCK..why does raw fish have to cost so damn much. I went on a sushi diet - raw salmon - for one month..and I droped to about 6% BF. my wallets also lost weight.. :-(

I love sushi, we bought all the "stuff" to make sushi rolls here at home, definetly worth it. makes a great snack!

Oh god... I am from socal and going to school elsewhere... there is NO SASHIMI HERE!!11!1!!11

I can't read this thread anymore so hungry :worried:

Fresh wild caught salmon is great, as is toro. Right now though, the price for fresh wild caugh salmon is ridiculous. Something around the neighborhood of $35 a pound for a fillet, perhaps even more. Hopefully this will drop soon.

This is one of the best things to eat for protein and easy to make and tastes incredible.

As a sushi chef :Chef: , I def eat a lot of fish. Bluefin tuna being my favorite by far. People ask me if i get sick of eating it seeing as that im around it all the time. After 3 years of working as a sushi chef, i crave it more and more everytime i work. :chomp:
